  • Offer is only available at participating restaurants and bars located in Participating Properties in Mexico (“Participating Outlets”).

  • The list of Participating Outlets may change at any time without notice.

  • Offer applies to Members without a stay at a Participating Property. Transactions from Participating Outlets that are posted to the Member’s guest room bill do not apply.

  • Members will be eligible to earn Marriott Bonvoy points in connection with eligible food and beverage charges at Participating Outlets.

  • Members may redeem Marriott Bonvoy points in connection with eligible food and beverage charges at Participating Outlets.

  • Members may earn 5 base Points for every U.S. dollar spent on eligible charges. Eligible charges are determined by Marriott Bonvoy or the respective Participating Outlet (as applicable) at their sole discretion. Charges from food and beverage outlets managed or operated by a third party may not be eligible for earning Points. Additional exclusions for earning Points may apply.

  • Elite bonus Points are awarded on charges incurred by the Member based on their Elite Status.

  • Effective August 1st, 2022. A minimum spends of $1 U.S. Dollars on eligible charges (after any applicable discounts are applied) in one single transaction is required to qualify to earn or redeem points. Taxes, service charges, gratuities, and other charges determined by Marriott Bonvoy and the Participating Outlet do not count towards the minimum spend and are not eligible for earning Points. Members may not combine multiple transactions to meet the minimum spend requirement.

  • The number of Marriott Bonvoy points required for redemption is subject to a conversion rate from the local currency to U.S. dollars based on the redemption platform at the time of redemption, as determined by Marriott in its sole discretion.

  • All charges which are not eligible for redemption hereunder, including gratuities, corkage fee, cake cutting fee, and other retail and non-food-and-beverage items must settled separately with a valid form of payment.

  • Members must have the full amount of Marriott Bonvoy points in their account for the redemption of the total bill amount (excluding charges that are not eligible for redemption) at the time of redemption as they will be deducted immediately.

  • Members may redeem their Points for food and beverage at eligible restaurants and bars in select Participating Properties. Members must have the Marriott Bonvoy Mobile App to participate. To redeem Points at one of the participating restaurants and bars, Members are required to show a valid form of picture identification to match their Membership Account name. Points redeemed are subject to the Loyalty Program Rules along with the terms and policies of the local programs linked below.

  • Once Marriott Bonvoy points are redeemed for a food and beverage transaction, the transaction cannot be reversed.

  • Points earn does not apply to deliveries, contracted groups and events, weddings, and outdoor catering bookings held in catering venues.

  • Only one Member per transaction may earn provided they pay for all corresponding charges. Offer only applies to transactions settled by cash, credit card, debit card, or other applicable electronic payment, as well as Marriott Gift Card, when Membership Number is presented at time of payment.

  • It may take up to 24 hours after each patronage for Points to be posted to a Member’s Account.

  • The Benefit is non-exchangeable, non-cashable and non-transferable.

  • The Benefit will not apply on blackout dates. Blackout dates will be at the discretion of the outlet management

  • Offer is not applicable in conjunction with any other offers or promotion.

  • In the event of any discrepancy or inconsistency between the English version and any translated version of these Terms and Conditions, the English language version shall prevail.
